Understand how Enchant's pay-per-use credit system works.
What Are Coins?
Coins are Enchant's credit currency. Instead of a fixed monthly subscription, you pay only for what you use. Each coin represents one unit of AI video analysis.
1 Coin = 1 Video Analysis. When you run the AI scan on a video file, 1 coin is deducted from your balance. Coins never expire.
Free Starter Coins
Every new Enchant account receives 20 free coins upon registration. This lets you test the full analysis workflow on up to 20 video clips at no cost.

Volume discount: Larger packages offer a lower per-coin cost. The Business package saves up to 36% compared to the Starter package.

When Are Coins Deducted?
Coins are deducted at the start of each video analysis. Specifically:
- 1 coin is deducted per video file when you click "Analyze".
- If analysis fails due to a system error (not user error), the coin is automatically refunded.
- Re-analyzing the same file (e.g., after correcting settings) costs another coin.
- Preview/thumbnail generation does not cost coins.
Insufficient balance: If you don't have enough coins, the analysis will not start. You'll see a prompt to purchase more coins.
Refund Policy
- Coin packages can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no coins from the package have been used.
- Partially used packages are not eligible for refund.
- Free starter coins are non-refundable.
- To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order ID.
Checking Your Balance
You can check your coin balance in several places:
- Desktop app — Displayed in the top-right corner of the main window.
- Web dashboard — Log in at aienchant.com/dashboard and view the "Coins" section.
- Transaction history — Full log of coin purchases, usage, and refunds is available in the dashboard.
