Manage your Enchant account, license, and devices.

Creating an Account

You can create an Enchant account in two ways:

Email Registration

  1. Visit aienchant.com and click "Sign Up".
  2. Enter your email address and create a password.
  3. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email (valid for 10 minutes).
  4. Enter the code to complete registration.

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

Google OAuth

Click "Continue with Google" to sign up instantly with your Google account. No email verification needed.

1 PC, 1 License Policy

Each Enchant account can be activated on one device at a time. This means:

  • When you log in to the desktop app, your license is bound to that specific machine.
  • You cannot use the same account on two computers simultaneously.
  • To switch devices, you must deactivate the current one first.
Why 1 PC? Enchant uses GPU-intensive local processing. The single-device policy ensures optimal support and prevents unauthorized sharing.

Changing Devices

To move your license to a different computer:

  1. Open the Enchant desktop app on your current device.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Deactivate Device.
  3. Confirm the deactivation.
  4. Install and log in on your new device — the license will activate automatically.

Alternatively, you can deactivate remotely from the web dashboard at aienchant.com/dashboard under My Devices.

Device limit: You can change devices up to 3 times per month. If you need more frequent changes, contact support.

Password Change & Reset

Change Password (When Logged In)

  1. Go to the web dashboard or desktop app settings.
  2. Navigate to Account → Security → Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password and the new password.
  4. Click "Update".

Reset Password (Forgotten)

  1. On the login screen, click "Forgot Password?".
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. A password reset link will be sent to your email (valid for 1 hour).
  4. Click the link and set a new password.

Account Deletion

To delete your Enchant account:

  1. Log in to the web dashboard at aienchant.com/dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm by entering your password.
This action is irreversible. All data including projects, analysis results, and remaining coins will be permanently deleted. Unused coins are not refundable upon account deletion.

Dormant Account Policy

Accounts that have been inactive for 3 years (no login, no transactions) may be classified as dormant under Korean data protection law. Dormant accounts:

  • Will receive an email notification 30 days before dormancy.
  • Personal data is separated and stored securely.
  • You can reactivate by logging in and verifying your identity.
  • Coin balances are preserved during dormancy.
