FFmpeg 8.1.1 for Enchant Dashboard (Windows x64)

Each subdirectory is one build, named by its build-id (the first 12 hex digits of the SHA-256 of
its configure line); LATEST names the one the newest installer ships. Every build-id directory
holds the configure line, the build script, BUILD_INFO.txt, BINARIES.sha256 (compare with the
files in your installation) and README.txt (how to rebuild and how to swap in your own build).
The FFmpeg source itself is ../ffmpeg-8.1.1.tar.xz, shared with the other platforms.
